Position: Certified Medical Coding Trainer

Location: MBP Mahape.

About Us: Gencare Academy is a leading organization in the healthcare RCM sector, dedicated to providing top-notch services and training. We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Coding Trainer to join our team and enhance our coding capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on medical coding and related practices.
• Develop and update training materials and resources.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to coding teams to improve their coding accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to effectively communicate complex coding concepts.
• Assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and updates to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of coding experience in US RCM Healthcare.
• Certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with certification held for a minimum of 6 years.
• Training Experience: At least 2 years of experience in training coding teams.
• Skills: Excellent training and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates will be given preference, although all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Work Arrangement: This is a work-from-office position.
